Have you heard?  The Elgin Hispanic Network has a new scholarship opportunity -- this time for an adult / non-traditional student who is working towards degree completion and / or a certificate program at a higher education institution. This scholarship is for $1500 and the deadline is Wednesday, October 2nd.
